WHO WE ARE

My name is Madeline Sanchez, creator of Elements of Strength. Leadership and the development of others has always come natural to me. For what once was encouragement to my teammates is now a lifeline to my now athletes. Being able to confirm I have walked in their shoes, tasted the bitterness of defeat, and basked in the golden light of success gives me fuel to support any who trust my guidance. It is now my turn to create the opportunity I was once given and I welcome any and all who follow along for the ride.

My objective is and always was simple, Elements of Strength stemmed from an idea of a young girl who had just had her world shift beneath her feet. After a career ending injury in college occurred I was left to make a decision, one whose existence was created on almost 15 years of softball fields, road trips, friendship, and maturation all coming to a halt. In the end, it was a bitter-sweet goodbye that led to what now stands before us. A coalition of body and mind, of grit and determination. The fabrication of self-made, hard to kill, resilient humans.

MISSION

Life is a double edged sword meant to deliver a lesson either route you take. It is hard, and then we are tasked with the responsibility to make all of the decisions that cultivate our future. The mission is inevitable for where we are headed, an environment that doesn’t allow you to be anything less than your absolute best, finding limits the world thought impossible.
